movie, it's based in Hawaii, and it sounds like he might be playing this on a ukelele or
some kind of smaller sized guitar. To get close to that sound, you can put a capo on the
3rd fret, in standard tuning.

The intro and verse is just those two progressions repeated after each other. I tried to
show the timing for the strumming, but you should listen to the song for the exact
timing. For the chorus, it's just an A chord strummed a few times followed by a single
strum of the chord shown after it. Again, listen to the song for the timing.
