Why do the wicked thrive and grow in might?
Their offspring flourish always
Their descendants all in sight?
Their works are fruitful and their fields rejoice
Their children dance with laughter and sing all with a merry voice
Yet, they scoff at You, God
Your ways they always shun
Declaring: What gain is there for us to serve the Holy One?
Depart from us We do not want to know Your ways
Let 'em taste the wages of sin they cannot escape
You said You'd bless those who bless You
And You'd curse those who curse You
But can't You see me suffering? Are You punishing me?

Shatter all their bones
And make them suffer endless anguish for their lies
So dash them on the stone
